Bring a Friend to Practice Week.
If you have a friend that is interested in Indy SwimFit, they can swim for free to try it out from July 6th - July 11th, 2009. If they decide to join, they can attend our special Rowdy Gaines Stroke Clinic July 12th beginning at 8am at the Jordan Y Outdoor Pool.

The 2009 United States Masters Swimming Long Course Championships will be hosted by YMCA Indy SwimFit August 6th - 10th at the IU Natatorium on IUPUI campus in Indianapolis, Indiana.
This year's meet will showcase a 5-DAY format with Saturday, August 8th featuring Relay events only.
